How to become one

To become a vice principal you will need a masters degrees followed by years of classroom experience and even lower ranked job experiences. You will also need state certifications. But for higher ranked job like superintendent you will need a doctorate in education, lots of office and education experience and specific certification like in Texas it is the Texas Education Agency approval.
